The 2022 Property and Casualty Insurance Appraisal Work Conference was successfully held

On the afternoon of January 23 to 24, 2022, the Civil Tai'an Property and Casualty Insurance Appraisal held a 2022 work conference using a combination of online and offline methods. 36 representatives of headquarters managers and above, as well as outstanding employees, attended the meeting in the headquarters workplace. Due to the impact of the epidemic, manager level and above cadres and outstanding employee representatives from each branch will attend the conference via video conference.

On the afternoon of January 23rd, General Manager Yu Liang of Mintai'an Property and Casualty Insurance Appraisal Company gave a speech on the 2022 work conference. General Manager Yu Liang conducted a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the company's business situation in 2021, focusing on the spirit of Chairman Yang Wenming's speech at the group meeting and the company's action plan for the next three years. He also made requirements and deployments for the key work that needs to be promoted in various departments and lines in 2022. General Manager Yu Liang pointed out that:

Next, Lin Chunfa, Deputy General Manager of the Planning and Finance Department, will present the company's business analysis report. Afterwards, General Manager Cheng Weihua of the Corporate Customer Business Center and General Manager Yang Fan of the Individual Customer Business Center reviewed the work of this line in 2021 and elaborated on the key tasks for 2022 around the three-year action plan.

Afterwards, Director Zhang Dongfeng, on behalf of the board of directors, promoted the three-year action plan of Mintai'an, analyzing in detail the domestic and international forms, market environment, and company situation. He emphasized the significance, requirements, and core content of the three-year action plan, introduced its formulation process, content structure, and implementation measures, and provided a detailed understanding and clear direction for all attending cadres and employees on the company's development blueprint for the next three years.

In the afternoon, six outstanding leaders from the branch company exchanged and shared their experiences on property insurance, platform based, safety emergency, car insurance, and medical and health insurance business. The sharing was practical, vivid, and exciting, and the participating branches responded warmly, expressing that they had benefited greatly.

Subsequently, General Manager Wang Yingang of the Operations Department of the building introduced the construction situation of the Mintai'an Public Appraisal Building, showcasing the beautiful style of the new home of Mintai'an people.

Finally, the company held the 2021 annual evaluation and commendation, and invited some headquarters and branch award-winning representatives to share and exchange ideas.
