The national standard Fire Risk Assessment Guide for Building Property Insurance, jointly prepared by the People's Police University of China and Mintai An Property Insurance Assessment Co., Ltd., was officially released on December 31, 2021 and will be officially implemented on July 1, 2022. This standard has taken over ten years from project initiation, formulation, publication to implementation, with a long development process and profound professional content.

While participating in the development of the "Guidelines for Fire Risk Assessment of Building Property Insurance", Min Tai'an also simultaneously developed an intelligent property risk management system—— Intelligent risk control cloud The system takes the above-mentioned national standards as the professional basis for developing templates, and provides valuable revision suggestions for the national standards during the continuous iteration and updating process.

Once this national standard is announced, it signifies that China's building property insurance fire risk assessment will have a national recommended standard, reflecting the professional strength of the Mintai'an intelligent risk control cloud system, and also indicating that the technical strength of the Mintai'an expert team has been recognized by authoritative departments.
