In January of this year, we held the company's annual work conference intensively, summarizing the achievements and shortcomings of 2024, analyzing the current economic, social, and industry development situation faced by the company, and determining the guiding ideology for 2025 work - self transformation, overcoming difficulties, strengthening, growing, and promoting the cause of peace and security for the people, taking the first step of the new thirty years.
