Headquarters manager level and above cadres, as well as members of the general manager's office of each subsidiary company, will attend the meeting on-site. Manager level and above cadres of each subsidiary company will participate via video conference.
On the morning of the 19th, Chairman Yang Wenming gave a work report on "self reform, overcoming difficulties, strengthening, growing, and promoting the cause of peace and security for the people" at the group work conference. The report summarizes the achievements of MINTAIAN in 2024, analyzes the problems in the work of 2024, conducts in-depth analysis of the current development situation, and puts forward overall requirements for various work in 2025. Yang Dong pointed out that in 2025, the company will focus on clearing up loopholes and increasing efficiency, rectifying the root causes, and focusing on refined management. It will continue to comprehensively promote the high-quality development of the company from various aspects such as party building leadership, human efficiency improvement, scientific and technological contributions, expanding and strengthening public assessments, ensuring safety and emergency response, and compliant operations.
Subsequently, Director Zhang Dongfeng reviewed the completion status of the three-year action plan. Zhang Dong pointed out that the completion progress of most key tasks in 2024 is in line with or faster than expected. In the next stage, it is still necessary for cadres and employees to take the opportunity of supervision and rectification, use the problem list as the task list, and take opinions and suggestions as the focus of improvement work. They should deeply study the problems discovered by supervision, accelerate progress, comprehensively promote, learn from experience, and plan the timetable, roadmap, and construction drawings for the development of the new era around the company's three-year action plan.
The conference also invited Secretary Zhang Shaobiao, Chief Researcher of the Urban Safety Development Technology Research Institute (Shenzhen), to give a report on "New Emergency Response Methods and New Trends in the Safety Emergency Industry", introducing the cutting-edge developments in the field of emergency loss assessment and safety emergency response to the attendees, expanding their thinking and horizons, and receiving unanimous praise.
On the afternoon of January 19th, the board meeting of MINTAIAN Safety Technology Co., Ltd. was held. Assistant General Manager Xu Yao, Assistant General Manager Chen Weichang, and Deputy General Manager Ma Zhaobo respectively summarized the work situation in 2024 in the three major areas of safety emergency, digital technology, and innovative development around the three-year action plan, analyzed the achievements and existing problems, and made arrangements for the work of each area in 2025.
On the evening of January 19th, a special communication and sharing session was set up at the meeting. Twelve executives from subsidiaries and branches shared excellent experiences, growth gains, and personal insights on different work areas and business domains. On January 20th, the board meeting of MINTAIAN Insurance Appraisal Co., Ltd. was held. General Manager Zhang Jincao of the company presented the 2025 appraisal report, reviewing the work situation of the appraisal sector in 2024, affirming various achievements, and analyzing the main problems faced. Zhang Jincao pointed out that in the work of 2025, all departments and institutions are required to focus on management, scale, and cost, seek changes in progress, clear up weaknesses and increase efficiency, implement the three-year action plan, and strengthen, grow, and promote the cause of peace and security for the people.
Subsequently, Vice General Manager Cheng Weihua, Vice General Manager Wang Yingang, Vice General Manager Peng Sheng, and Vice General Manager Yang Fan respectively reviewed and analyzed the company's business and market situation, human resources situation, group customer business development, and individual customer business development in 2024, and elaborated and deployed the key work for 2025 around the three-year action plan.
Afterwards, Huang Yu, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and General Manager of the Audit Department, reviewed the audit and compliance work of the company in 2024. Mr. Huang Yu analyzed the aspects of "preventing leakage, promoting compliance, promoting rectification, and promoting efficiency" and emphasized that the Audit Department will carry out the "one prevention and three promotion" work to the end in 2025.
At the end of the meeting, General Manager Liu Ying of MINTAIAN Safety Technology Co., Ltd. made a summary of the meeting.
