On May 20-21, 2022, the "Craftsman Plan" of Mintai'an -2022 French Customer Line Quality Work Conference was held in Wuhan, Hubei. The leaders of the General Manager's Office, Chief Appraiser, some department heads, Technical Director of the company, and quality management personnel of property and water insurance and platform business lines of various subsidiaries attended the on-site meeting, and some quality management personnel of subsidiaries participated via video conference.
The meeting kicked off with the opening speech of General Manager Yu Liang of Mintai'an Property and Casualty Insurance Appraisal Company. At the meeting, Chief Appraiser Shen Lijun first gave a special report on the "2022 French Customer Business Quality", reporting on the business quality situation and promoting the quality work points of "building a quality management system and outputting stable service products". She required all employees to have a more solid work style and faster work efficiency to ensure quality control.
This meeting invited the technical directors and managers of the head office and branch offices to give special presentations and participate in thematic discussions. The content of the special report mainly revolves around eight topics, including the writing of accident causes, quality requirements and control points in the appraisal report, the operation and development of the legal customer business, financial audit and value-added tax processing of enterprise property insurance claims, principles of platform based business investigation, quality control of the entire process of platform based business, and common quality problems in underground engineering.
After the special report sharing session, the conference set up a thematic discussion session. The attendees had lively discussions on key issues related to construction insurance survey and damage assessment, platform based development, and key projects. During the discussion session, participants actively spoke based on their own experiences, especially focusing on the interpretation of controversial clauses, investigation and damage assessment methods.
