On May 26-27, 2022, the "Craftsman Plan" of Mintai'an -2022 Quality Work Conference for Individual Medical and Health Insurance Lines was held in Guiyang, Guizhou. A total of 62 people attended the on-site meeting, including General Manager Yu Liang, Assistant General Manager Yang Fan, General Manager of Administrative and Human Resources Department Zhang Yang, Technical Director of Medical and Health Insurance Wang Ye, and quality management personnel from various branch medical and health insurance business lines. 35 branch employees participated through synchronous live streaming online. This national quality training and exchange conference is not only an opportunity for the whole company to learn about medical and health insurance business, but also a rare opportunity for various institutions to exchange and communicate on the development of medical insurance business. The meeting kicked off in the speech of General Manager Yu Liang of the property and casualty insurance appraisal company. Mr. Yu emphasized the company's emphasis on the quality management talents of the medical and health insurance business line and the quality control of business operations this year. Some branch lines have indeed made significant progress, but the overall line still needs to accelerate the improvement of the professional skills of medical and health insurance appraisers and strengthen the operational norms in the investigation process.
This meeting invited external experts to conduct training on four specialized courses in medical and health insurance, including "personal insurance claims and investigation", "assessment of physical injury and disability and related issues", "underwriting, how to 'verify'", and "practical analysis of medical and health insurance claims investigation and negotiation". He Shanshan, an expert in the review of medical and health insurance claims for individual clients at the headquarters, provided a detailed analysis and explanation of "Medical Diagnosis and Two Core Applications".
Assistant General Manager Yang Fan conducted in-depth discussions on the overall situation of the company's medical and health insurance business in the first half of the year, as well as the new direction of the company's development and the new business quality management model after the cessation of the Mutual Treasure business, especially the new situation opened up by the TPA business for our company. Zhang Yang, General Manager of the Administrative Human Resources Department, introduced our company's emphasis on appraiser talent and how to improve the quality of appraisers, combined with the company's high-quality development direction and other aspects. Assistant General Manager Yang Fan, General Manager of Administrative and Human Resources Department Zhang Yang, and Technical Director of Medical and Health Insurance Wang Ye respectively issued certificates to the participants who obtained high, medium, and junior certifications in the national medical and health insurance professional technical level examination.
Afterwards, the meeting had group discussions and exchanges. Various institutions across the country were divided into 5 groups, and a total of 11 questions and suggestions were put forward. Regarding the quality issues discussed at the meeting, some of the questions have been answered on-site. For some operational and compliance issues, they will be answered by the operations manager and compliance manager in future work.
