Recently, the Guangdong Financial Regulatory Bureau guided the Guangdong Insurance Industry Association to issue work guidelines, promoting insurance institutions in the jurisdiction to actively participate in the mutual recognition of vehicle loss investigation results in major disasters, adopting the form of "segmented contracting and mutual recognition of results", and clarifying the mutual recognition of defense, investigation, rescue, and loss assessment results; Establish a communication and collaboration mechanism for major disasters at the provincial and municipal levels, scientifically coordinate disaster prevention, reduction, and relief resources, strengthen information sharing and industry collaboration in disaster prevention, rescue, survey, and damage assessment, produce unified mutual recognition documents and rescue information registration forms, formulate rescue cost standards, flood level standards, and upper limits of damage assessment standards, etc; Organize insurance institutions within the jurisdiction to actively respond to the "Loong Boat Water" disaster, take the lead in carrying out mutual recognition of major disasters in 11 cities with high historical disaster probability and large losses, such as Guangzhou, Huizhou, Jiangmen, Zhuhai, and quickly carry out survey and rescue and insurance claims settlement, and improve the service level of disaster prevention, reduction, and relief for major vehicle insurance accidents.
