The content of this cadre training program is rich and diverse, covering multiple dimensions such as theoretical learning, project promotion, and on-the-job learning.

During the 2-month learning period, the students underwent extensive job rotations in core departments such as the administrative and human resources department, planning and finance department, technology and information business department, scientific and information research and development center, individual customer business center, group customer business center, and security emergency business department, systematically learning various professional and management knowledge.

In project practice, the headquarters tailored personalized training plans for each student based on their abilities, potential, and development direction. The students are deeply involved in business projects, from project initiation to implementation, and carry out practical operations throughout the entire process.

Among them, the outdoor training courses, as a key part of the "Eagle Soaring" training program, have opened the door for students to cutting-edge management knowledge and professional skills. The students rushed to the forefront of the industry, had face-to-face exchanges with industry experts and elites, learned advanced management models and innovative professional technologies, and deeply participated in a series of high-quality courses. Through the collision of knowledge, they achieved self breakthrough and gained a lot.

Wei Yubo, a specially appointed mentor at Tsinghua University, brought the course "Thinking Like a CEO to Enhance the Global View and Strategic Thinking of Enterprise Managers" to the students, focusing on the importance of thinking like a CEO, shaping personal charm, consolidating the vision of the enterprise, and implementing strategic planning. In class, Professor Wei Yubo skillfully integrated theoretical knowledge, classic cases, and group discussions, guiding students to break free from their inherent thinking and re evaluate their management abilities from a macro perspective, helping them plan their own development and company management with a broader perspective.

In the course "Compliance Tree, How to Achieve 99% Prevention and Control of Employment Risks in Labor Contracts", Li Ruonai, Senior Partner of Guangdong Mochuang Law Firm, acted as a risk prevention and control mentor, focusing on the full process compliance management of labor contracts, deeply analyzing high-frequency disputes such as the "hidden traps" of overtime pay and the boundaries of employment autonomy, elaborating on the compliance points of contract terms such as salary, social security, and non compete restrictions, and emphasizing the construction of the "Labor Contract Compliance Tree" system. The course content closely follows the actual employment needs of enterprises, and builds a legal defense line for the compliant development of enterprises.
