Recently, Zhilian Recruitment launched the "China's Best Employer of the Year" selection for 2023. After multiple rounds of intense competition, Mintai'an stood out from thousands of companies and was awarded the title of "2023 China's Best Employer - Top 50 Best Employers in Shenzhen". The 2023 China Annual Best Employer Evaluation Committee starts from the corporate culture system, incentive system, growth system, and organizational system, and evaluates the current employer brand status of the enterprise from six dimensions: employer culture, employer image, salary and benefits, growth and development, organizational management, and work environment, combined with industry development, to form the most intuitive evaluation system that reflects the existing strength of the enterprise.
