The Shenzhen Supervision Bureau of the State Administration of Financial Supervision and Administration promotes banks and insurance institutions within its jurisdiction to continuously strengthen financial support for private enterprises going global.
One is to strengthen policy guidance. In conjunction with the Shenzhen Branch of the People's Bank of China, the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Commerce, and the Finance Office of the Municipal Party Committee, they have successively issued guidance on financial support for foreign trade to ensure stability, improve quality, stabilize scale and optimize structure, encouraging financial institutions to fully meet the reasonable financing needs of private enterprises and reduce their financing costs. Proactively establish a normalized communication mechanism with government departments, actively participate in special symposiums, and cooperate in formulating documents on financial assistance for Shenzhen enterprises to "go global" and serve the international development of industrial enterprises.
The second is to strengthen credit support. Steadily expanding the credit supply to private enterprises going global. Actively leveraging the important role of private enterprises in stabilizing the foundation of foreign trade, in conjunction with provincial and municipal commerce authorities, we will develop a "white list" of leading enterprises and encourage institutions to provide key support in accordance with market-oriented principles. Loans to "white list" enterprises account for about 42% of foreign trade enterprise loans.
The third is to strengthen insurance protection. Fully utilize export credit insurance to assist private enterprises in preventing overseas risks. Strengthen financial services for weak links, collaborate with the Municipal Bureau of Commerce to implement the "Big Unified Insurance" policy for export credit insurance, achieve full coverage of export credit risk protection for small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in the city, and serve more than 20000 enterprises, ranking first in the country for three consecutive years.
