On July 5, 2024, the relocation ceremony of Mintai'an workplace was held grandly at Shuimu Yifang Building in Nanshan District, Shenzhen.
At 10 o'clock in the morning, representatives of leaders from various units such as Mintai'an Group, Safety Technology Company, Public Appraisal Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Emergency Management Society, Mintai'an Group Labor Union, Mintai'an Shenzhen Branch, and all employees of Mintai'an headquarters gathered together, with flowers blooming and laughter filling the door. The entire workplace was filled with a festive and warm atmosphere.
At 10:10, the housewarming ceremony officially began, and Chairman Yang Wenming delivered a speech. Yang Dong pointed out that the workplace is not just an office location, but a gathering place where a group of people strive, give birth to ideas, sweat, and harvest dreams. Coinciding with the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Mintai'an, the relocation of the new workplace is a new starting point, new mission, and new responsibility for Mintai'an's development. Mintai'an will empower the company with technology and combine it with the new development direction of safety and emergency response to make the company stronger, longer, and bigger. Through Director Yang's passionate speech, all employees deeply felt the mission and responsibility as pioneers, builders, and beneficiaries of the Mintai An cause, and were full of anticipation and confidence in the company's development.

At 10:20, Yang Wenming, Chairman of Mintai'an Group, Huang Yu, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Group, Liu Ying, General Manager of Safety Technology Company, Zhang Jincao, General Manager of Public Appraisal Co., Ltd., and Cheng Weihua, Deputy General Manager, jointly held the unveiling and ribbon cutting ceremony. The opening of golden scissors and the firing of ceremonial cannons brought the festive atmosphere of the housewarming ceremony to a climax, opening the prelude to the opening of the new workplace in Mintai'an.

In a cheerful and enthusiastic atmosphere, Chairman Yang Wenming opened the door to the workplace, marking the official launch of the new workplace in Mintai'an. After the headquarters relocation ceremony, the Shenzhen Emergency Management Society, Mintai'an Workers' Home, and Mintai'an Shenzhen Branch also held a brief but grand relocation ceremony.
At the relocation ceremony of the Shenzhen Emergency Management Society, Secretary General Xu Yao delivered a speech summarizing the society's history and looking forward to its future development. President Yang Wenming, Secretary General Xu Yao, Assistant President Chen Longkai, and Supervisor Fan Weiquan jointly held the unveiling ceremony, marking a new chapter in the development of the Shenzhen Emergency Management Society.

Subsequently, the opening ceremony of the Mintai'an Workers' Home was held, and the chairman of the group's labor union, Zhang Yang, delivered a speech. Mr. Zhang pointed out that the employee activity center is a multifunctional place created by the labor union for employees to integrate leisure, entertainment, and communication. It is not only a physical space, but also an important platform to enhance friendship among employees and improve team cohesion, reflecting the company's care for employees and the concept of "people-oriented". Finally, the relocation ceremony of Mintai'an Shenzhen Branch was held. Chen Guoxi, Deputy General Manager of Shenzhen Branch, delivered a speech.
