1、 Job Responsibilities
Assist in the overall work of human resources.
(1) Employee Relations: Assist in handling basic personnel work such as onboarding, transfer, and offboarding;
(2) Recruitment: Implement recruitment plans, responsible for recruitment advertising, resume screening, talent search, phone invitations, etc;
(3) Training: Implementation of training courses;
(4) Performance: Assist in promoting probationary period tracking, quarterly assessment of formal employees, and other related work;
(5) Other manpower related project-based work.


2、 Job requirements
(1) Bachelor's degree or above, inexperienced junior/senior interns are accepted, priority given to students who are recommended for graduate studies; Majors in human resources, sociology, management, and related fields, with experience in human resources being preferred;
(2) Internship certificate can be issued for at least three days or more per week.
