Product Manager

1、 Job Responsibilities

（1） Responsible for designing risk technology products, realizing risk identification, hidden danger monitoring, and loss assessment for roads, bridges, tunnels, transportation, civil engineering, and other engineering projects;

（2） Responsible for researching and grasping the latest surveying and mapping technologies in the industry, combining the company's existing products and future scenarios, exploring market and customer needs, organizing and categorizing needs, and completing system solution planning and design;

（3） Responsible for conducting market and customer research and analysis, providing constructive suggestions for the long-term development strategy of the product, and offering decision support to the company's decision-makers;

（4） Responsible for cross departmental coordination and communication, organizing project teams, implementing product design, management, review and release, launching applications, marketing, and other related tasks;

(5) Responsible for the docking and integration of external technology and scientific research resources, focusing on products and building a cooperative ecosystem based on product application scenarios;

（6） Continuously explore user needs for product innovation, plan product development and functional planning reasonably, and coordinate and promote the implementation of product functions;

（7） Pay attention to operational data, user research and feedback, and continuously optimize products.

2、 Job requirements

（1） Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of relevant product work experience;

（2） Experience in unmanned aerial vehicles and remote sensing related projects is preferred;

（3） Strong ability to write proposals, proficient in using office software such as Axure, Ink Knife, PPT, etc;

（4） Strong market sensitivity and responsiveness, as well as strong market analysis and insight into demand;

（5） Excellent teamwork spirit and communication skills;

（6） Excellent learning ability and subjective initiative, able to continuously learn, delve into, and drive oneself;

（7） Priority will be given to those with surveying and mapping titles and drone flight licenses.
