Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist superiors in formulating policies and systems for the development and management of the company's business departments;
2. Assist superiors in breaking down departmental annual budget goals and ensure their achievement;
3. Responsible for the financial budget, personnel establishment, and cost control of the business department's product line;
4. Responsible for statistical analysis of departmental business operation data and submitting business operation analysis reports to management;
5. Responsible for providing operational service support to the business team and maintaining core business system functions according to business needs;
6. Responsible for the business matching management of various institutional customer service lines, assisting and supervising subordinate companies to achieve performance;
7. Responsible for the comprehensive affairs of the business center and completing other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in science and engineering, insurance, law, and finance. Graduate studies are not limited to any major;
2. Have more than 1 year of relevant work experience in operation and management, familiar with the basic methods and workflow of insurance claims or insurance valuation management;
3. Possess strong learning ability, thinking ability, analytical ability, planning ability, overall planning ability, and organizational implementation ability;
4. Possess excellent communication and expression skills, adept at coordinating and handling complex affairs, conscientious and responsible in work, organized and patient;
5. Possess good stress resistance, persistent determination and willpower towards goals, and have a strong body;
6. Proficient in operating various office equipment and using classified office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., especially Excel, familiar with basic function application.
