1、 Job Responsibilities
（1） Responsible for implementing the company's strategic requirements and executing various management systems;
（2） Responsible for formulating development plans for property and water insurance business, promoting the implementation of plans, and achieving high-quality development goals;
（3） Responsible for developing plans based on annual goals, promoting plan implementation and budget management, and achieving annual business objectives;
（4） Responsible for formulating and organizing marketing and promotion of business products and services, and implementing regional market business development strategies;
（5） Responsible for expanding property and water insurance business and maintaining customers;
（6） Responsible for building the business quality system, ensuring stable quality output, and continuously improving key quality indicators;
（7） Responsible for the research, approval, and implementation of innovative projects in property and water insurance;
（8） Responsible for the construction and development of the cadre and talent teams in property and water insurance;
（9） Responsible for personnel involved in property and water insurance business, as well as asset safety management;
（10） Responsible for compliance management of property and water insurance business, actively implementing regulatory requirements from regulatory authorities;
（11） Responsible for reporting and handling major emergencies in property and water insurance business;
（12） Complete other important tasks assigned by the leader.

2、 Job requirements
（1） In principle, those under the age of 45 should have a bachelor's degree or above in economics, finance, science and engineering, or law;
（2） At least five years of experience in finance and insurance related industries, with at least three years or more of experience in senior management positions in property and water insurance;
（3） Familiar with insurance laws, administrative regulations, insurance regulatory provisions, and industry self-discipline norms, especially property insurance, water insurance, and emergency management (4) relevant laws, regulations, and standards for enterprise safety production;
（5） Familiar with the development trends and business directions of the insurance industry, with unique insights;
（6） Having certain industry resources and strong market expansion capabilities;
（7） Passionate and passionate about the career, with strong leadership, influence, control, and decision-making abilities;
（8） My personal credit is good and I have not received any major administrative penalties from the administrative authorities.
