1、 Job Responsibilities
（1） Responsible for implementing the company's strategic requirements and executing various management systems;
（2） Responsible for formulating the development plan for automotive medical insurance business, promoting the implementation of the plan, and achieving high-quality development goals;
（3） Responsible for developing plans based on annual goals, promoting plan implementation and budget management, and achieving annual business objectives;
（4） Responsible for formulating and organizing marketing and promotion of business products and services, and implementing regional market business development strategies;
（5） Responsible for the expansion of automotive medical insurance business and customer maintenance work;
（6） Responsible for building the business quality system, ensuring stable quality output, and continuously improving key quality indicators;
（7） Responsible for the research, project approval, and implementation of innovative automotive medical insurance projects;
（8） Responsible for the construction and development of the cadre team and talent team for automotive medical insurance;
（9） Responsible for the management of automotive medical insurance personnel and asset safety;
（10） Responsible for compliance management of automotive medical insurance business, actively implementing regulatory requirements from regulatory authorities;
（11） Responsible for reporting and handling major emergencies in the automotive medical insurance business;
（12） Complete other important tasks assigned by the leader.

2、 Job requirements:
（1） In principle, those under the age of 45 should have a bachelor's degree or above in economics, finance, science and engineering, or law;
（2） At least five years of experience in the finance and insurance related industries, with at least three years or more of experience in senior management positions in auto medical insurance;
（3） Familiar with insurance laws and administrative regulations, as well as insurance regulatory provisions and industry self-discipline norms, especially relevant laws and regulations standards for car insurance and health insurance;
（4） Familiar with the development trends and business directions of the insurance industry, with unique insights;
（5） Having certain industry resources and strong market expansion capabilities;
（6） Passionate and passionate about the career, with strong leadership, influence, control, and decision-making abilities;
（7） My personal credit is good and I have not received any major administrative penalties from the administrative authorities.
